By accessing or using any games, applications, websites, or online services provided by Edge Case Software, LLC (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. User Accounts

  • Security: You are responsible for the security of your password. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to violate local, state, or federal laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the software.
  • Use the Services to stalk, harass, or illegally monitor individuals without their consent.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Billing: All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are generally final unless required otherwise by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." EDGE CASE SOFTWARE, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGE CASE SOFTWARE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Edge Case Software, LLC. Your use of the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or authorized business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pike County, PA.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
